Judge Coordinator

As a Judge Coordinator, your tasks take place when the actual presentations are being delivered by the participants in front of our judges. Due to the bilingual nature of this competition, Judge Coordinators should be able to speak French fluently.

Responsibilities

•  Escort your panel of 3-5 judges to the appropriate presentation room

•  Explain the competition rules & introduce the panel of judges to each of the (2) two teams presenting

•  Keep track of time of the competing team’s presentation

•  Await the judges scoring post presentation & return all materials to volunteers room

As a Judge Coordinator, we rely on you for your professionalism and expect that you will make this a pleasant experience for both the participating teams as well as your assigned panel of judges. Please note that scoring of the cases should always be kept confidential. Once your job is done, enjoy the event and be proud that you are part of the oldest and most prestigious case competition in the world!
