Mr. Brooks holds a Master of Business Administration from the John Molson School of Business (Having participated in the International Competition of John Molson Case Studies in the past) and holds a Bachelor of McGill University Communication . He gained 20 years of experience in M & A, restructuring and transactions. He joined EY in 1999 and currently leads a global team in the Merger and Acquisitions medium. Brooks held the position of Director of Acquisition and Merger of Boutique in Montreal, before he joined EY.

In 2015, he was appointed as Chairman of the International Competition of the Board of John Case Studies Molson.
