Mr. Brooks holds an MBA from the John Molson School of Business (where he was a past finalist in the JMSB ICC) and a B.COMM from McGill University. He has over 20 years of Mergers & Acquisition, restructuring and transactional experience. He joined EY in 1999 and currently leads an M&A industry sector team globally. Prior to joining EY, Mr. Brooks was a principal in a Montreal-based M&A boutique.
In 2015, he was appointed Board Chair for the John Molson MBA International Case Competition.
