Mr Sharp brings to PNC thirty years’ experience in asset based, corporate and structured finance, most recently with Wachovia, a Wells Fargo company. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Concordia University, and belongs to the Turnaround Management Association in Montreal.
